I will be writing to my city council representative and demanding that the entire Buckhead area be shut down at 3 pm, in order to prevent this sort of tragedy from happening again. Just kidding. Memo to Atlanta City Council: maybe if there were some cops in Buckhead, people would not be shooting each other all the damn time.
