Technically, the only Mexican restaurant in EAV is La Casita, although others would say Blue Frog is Mexican. Of course, neither are REALLY Mexican restaurants, but La Casita is closest to it. If you were across the street from the EARL, that was Blue Frog. If you were down the side street from Grant Central, it was La Casita. Damn, Smoove - pay attention.
