Props to Smoove for hauling my dead tired and starving ass to La Casita. I enjoyed the guacamole, the green salsa, and the drunk chick screaming "Freebird" two tables away!

Blue Frog is a hotly-debated topic in the EAV. Overall, I don't think it's great, but I think it's a swell Cantina - as in bar; they have a nice one - and they have little hottie waitresses that barely speak English. So that's a bonus.

The ultimate test of whether it is a REAL mexican place or not is if actual Latin people eat there.

Our Super Taco passes the test.

PBR hits the spot sometimes. If it's priced over $1.50 it's a rip-off.

So technically, I am correct. Besides, no one googles La Casita. I had no idea Blue Frog existed. Is it worth a damn?

Damn, Smoove - pay attention. Technically, the only Mexican restaurant in EAV is La Casita, although others would say Blue Frog is Mexican. Of course, neither are REALLY Mexican restaurants, but La Casita is closest to it. If you were across the street from the EARL, that was Blue Frog. If you were down the side street from Grant Central, it was La Casita.
