Let's face it, the Durango's a Dakota with a glorified cap. At the end of the day, lack of street cred in an SUV is fine as long as the thing handles well. But it doesn't. It steers like a sailboat on a calm day and threatens to roll-over every time an occupant farts. No matter what rocket Dodge engineers strap under the Durango’s hood, it will never reach the level of refinement of its competition. Let’s face it, the Durango’s a Dakota with a glorified cap.
